This project is a collaboration between developers who entered into an agreement with the City of Los Angeles to redevelop an approximately 30-acre site which includes a first scheme for the San Pedro Public Market. Crain & Associates has been providing the Project team and agencies with oversight of transportation items to ensure that critical Project access and circulation entitlement assumptions are followed. We have identified transportation constraints and assisted the team to develop ways of addressing those constraints while meeting project goals. We have prepared site access and circulation plans and parking layouts, and reviewed wayfinding signage during the Schematic Phase and will continue to do so for the Design Development and Construction phases.
